The Crossing is an 80-mile endurance paddle challenge from Bimini, Bahamas, to Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Inspired by the ocean’s health benefits for those with cystic fibrosis, the event began after Travis Suit’s daughter, Piper, was diagnosed with the terminal lung disease at age four.

Inspired by the ocean’s health benefits for those with cystic fibrosis, the event began after Travis Suit’s daughter, Piper, was diagnosed with the terminal lung disease at age four. 100% of funds raised by event participants directly goes to Piper’s Angels Foundation and our mission to support and improve the lives of families in the cystic fibrosis community through grassroots advocacy and socially innovative programs, raising awareness through education, offering life-expanding activities, providing urgent financial support, and funding critical developments.
